Amourion.com a leading training institute based in Dubai is looking for a full-time highly-strategic Business Development Manager with relevant experience.

We are looking for a great creative mind to grow, develop and offer education and professional solutions for our clients. You will need to identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services and keep abreast of changes in the business world.
You will also be responsible to grow businesses by researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, and arranging appointments. Efficient collaboration with the team to ensure that client’s requirements are met will be part of your role.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and setting a sales strategy focused on financial gain.
- Meeting and exceeding targets and budgets.
- Managing clients in different sectors.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Developing quotes and proposals for the clients.
- Pitching and developing winning proposals to gain new businesses.
- Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Relevant experience in UAE is a must.
- Experience in managing the clients in educational sector is a plus.
- Relevant experience in similar field
- Excellent command of English language.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strategical thinking.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems.
