• Successful track record in sales management and building high-performing teams for 5+ years
• Solid understanding of the Flooring industry, particularly in the area of sports flooring industry.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Experience in working with sports surface manufacturer as well as Channel Sales through distributors.
• Excellent CRM and strong networking
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• LinkedIn/B2B platform deep knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
