Summary
Sales Manager – Outside Catering will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Sales Manager – Outside Catering is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the Events / Outdoor Catering and related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel. Good understanding of selling techniques and Outdoor catering knowledge. Previous experience in hospitality industry within the UAE and good connection with the local customers & government market. Computer skills in MS Office, email & Opera will be an asset.
