Summary
Head Waiters are responsible for serving food and beverage services, whilst provide a friendly service in order to maximise guest satisfaction, consistent with Hyatt International Standards. This can be achieved by being experienced and knowledgeable in fine dining and engaging our guests during their visit, providing a personal, attentive service to our guests in a professional, polite and courteous manner
You will also require to understand and explain menu content, menu changes and promotional activities and keep tables and dining areas clean, tidy, and well prepared for service and set for new diners
Qualifications
Experience within a Food & Beverage environment of a similar standard
Team players, proactive in their duties who strive for career progression
A genuine passion and a keen interest in the hospitality industry
Great communication skills with a strong work ethic
