About the JobThis is a unique opportunity to join the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Human Resources Specialist. As a key member of the Human Capital Office, you will play a critical role in shaping the labor/management climate within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide authoritative advice and technical guidance to management on human resources policies, practices, and matters affecting working conditions.Research and analyze case law, MSPB decisions, and other relevant information to determine negotiability of union proposals.Serve as the principal point of contact on labor/management matters, including grievances, unfair labor practices, and contract interpretation.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of labor relations, human resources policies, and management advisory services.
