Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Responsible for managing the administration of the human resources policies and procedures.
Manage human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training and employee services.
Maintain and develop HR policies ensuring compliance and contribute to the development of the organization HR policies.
Manages end-to-end and timely closure of disciplinary, performance, reward, talent, grievance cases and absence management for all employees and transition management.
Counseling, guidance and support to managers in case of disciplinary issues.
Ensure new joining formalities are completed on time (Medical exam, EID, employee induction) and Document renewal follow up (passport, Emirates ID, residence)
Manage and review the exit interview feedback and provide information, guidance and analysis as appropriate to managers.
Assist HR Director in all HR related tasks such as presentations and management reports.
Required Skills
2 – 3 years of experience in HR is a must
Fluent in Arabic and English
