What you can expect:
The CRM Manager will be responsible for building client satisfaction, loyalty and delivering a luxurious experience
Maximise our top clients potential on high value items, special orders and pre-selling
Support the store teams in offreing an extra miles service to our top clients in order to retain and grow them
Help teammates build loyalty with their own clients, maximazing how often our clients return to our stores
Collaborate with internal partners for different reports and business needs
Maintain regular communication with our top clients
Identify potential new clients and grow them into a new top clients
Attend corporate events where you will host our top clients
Collaborate with our Training Manager to conduct training sessions specifically on CRM
Generate and analyze CRM KPI reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
Help to achieve comparable growth rates vs prevoius years
Your profile:
3-5 years of CRM experience in luxury/fashion industry in the Middle East
Client centric thinking and good understanding of luxury/fashion industry
Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people of all levels and build rapport
Proactive approach to tasks
Good business acumen, analytical skills and commercial sense; good balance between conceptual and pragmatic approach.
