This role will help lead the day-to-day operations of the global People team and work very closely with global leadership across the organization. You will oversee many initiatives related to compliance, HRIS administration, employee on-boarding/exits, recruitment, and office administration. This is an integral role that will heavily depend on healthy collaboration with a team of diverse and talented individuals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Managing and development of People team, providing role-specific training and 121 coachingProactively provide training, guidance and coaching on company people policies to company leadership, empowering heads of department to proactively manage HR issues where possibleProvide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, HR leadership, total rewards, employee relations, learning and development, risk management, and legal complianceAssist other P&C team members in creating a cohesive P&C model, supporting where needed with Workplace Experience, Employee Experience, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, and ITIn collaboration with IT, own global employee on-boarding and exit processes, ensuring consistent practices are reflected in all regional offices to provide a seamless employee experience across the organizationOwn centralized management of global HR compliance and suppliers in Europe, APAC, the Americas, GCC including employment agencies, payroll agencies, and other 3rd party suppliersWork closely with IT team to facilitate any support requests, troubleshooting one-off problems, inventory equipment, and plan long-term IT upgrades and projectsManage and execute UAE team payroll, using Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
