Our Client-A leading firm into bakery is looking for a Commi for assisting in thepreparation and production of various bread and baked goods. This role requires apassion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchenenvironment.Position: -CommiPackage: -1200-1500(AED).Location: -Dubai.Experience: -2 Years of Similar industry is must.Key Responsibilities:Bread Production:Assist in the preparation of a variety of breads and baked goods.Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in quality.Dough Preparation:Prepare and portion dough according to established recipes.Monitor fermentation and proofing processes.Operate and monitor ovens to ensure proper baking temperatures and times.aRotate and load/unload baking trays as needed.Quality Control:Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished products.Ensure that all bread products meet the established standards.Cleanliness and Sanitation:Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.Ingredient Management:Assist in monitoring and managing ingredient inventory.Communicate with the kitchen team regarding ingredient needs.Collaboration:Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.Follow instructions from the Head Baker or Senior Chef.Learning and Development:Continuously learn and improve baking skills.Seek guidance and feedback from senior kitchen staff.Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.Requirements:Previous experience in a bakery or as a Commis Chef with a focus on breadproduction.Knowledge of baking techniques, proofing, and fermentation processes.Basic understanding of ingredient functionality and proportions.Ability to follow recipes and work in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
