Role: Commercial Director
Job Location: Dubai
Key Role: As aCommercial Director you will oversee management of contracts related to specific key assets across the business, you will lead the commercial contract negotiations, b2b negotiations at a Corporate level.
Must:
- Experience: Min 10+ Years in Sustainable projects.
- A degree in Business, Economics or Real Estate related discipline;
- Expertise in managing commercial contracts on both b2b and b2c level;
Real Estate experience with the ability to manage high-value lease and property management contracts
- UAE procurement regulations;
- Create and implement a Company Asset Management policies and procedures
