We are looking for an experienced and dynamic an Executive Assistant to support our regional Managing Director and manage the administrative functions of our local team. You will be responsible for providing advanced tactical and strategic administrative support to the regional managing director, handling key records, compiling data for reports, preparing expense reports, and handling executive presentations. You will also take ownership of the regional managing director’s calendar, schedule complex meetings, act as a gatekeeper for communications, and manage all aspects of executive travel.You will handle sensitive information with discretion, prepare detailed meeting agendas, and act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
