Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Services Specialist to join our team at Reliance Career Opportunities. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentability of our facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, to maintain a clean and safe environment.Ensure that all allocated areas are cleaned to the highest standards, adhering to established protocols and procedures.Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any deficiencies or needs for repairs, and promptly notifying management.Organize and maintain supply rooms, ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and readily available when needed.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and waste materials.Provide excellent customer service to members and visitors, responding to inquiries and requests in a polite and professional manner.Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facilities.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently.Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in multiple areas.Good communication skills and proficiency in English, with the ability to write and read in English.Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment and supplies.What We OfferA competitive salary of AED 1700-2300, plus benefits including accommodation, transport, air ticket, medical insurance, and visa.
