Whether it involves preparing fresh linens and immaculate dining ware for guests, operating and maintaining cleaning machinery and tools (including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and linen washers and dryers), or transporting dishware and linens throughout the hotel, these specialists are dedicated to ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.Regardless of the position held, certain elements are vital for success—creating a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that personal appearance and communication remain professional.It is essential to uphold quality expectations and standards, foster positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, support the team in achieving shared objectives, and listen attentively to the concerns of fellow employees. Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
