With a strong focus on the Education sector, Uniformsly has earned a reputation for providing tailored and reliable uniform solutions to schools, colleges, pre-schools, nurseries, and other educational institutions across the UAE.
As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of factory operations, from merchandising and raw material procurement to production, quality assurance, and timely delivery. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s reputation for superior quality products and exceptional customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Merchandising:
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to analyze market trends and customer demands.
-Coordinate with the design and product development teams to ensure timely prototyping and sampling of new uniform designs.
-Review and finalize garment specifications, pricing, and production timelines based on customer requirements.
2- Purchasing Trims and Raw Materials:
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of trims and materials to meet production schedules.
-Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining the high quality standards of Uniformsly products.
3- Production and Factory Management:
-Oversee the entire production process to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
-Monitor and manage the factory’s daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
4- Packaging and Quality Assurance:
-Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain consistent product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with Uniformsly’s high-quality standards.
5- Extended Customer Support:
-Lead the customer support team to address post-sales inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
-Ensure effective communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any special requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Operations Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
-Strong knowledge of the garment production process, from design to delivery.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide factory staff effectively.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various aspects of factory operations.
