JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Advisor with a proven track record providing people services to employees and managers in at least one, preferably two, of the following countries: Dubai, France, Italy, and the UK. The role can be based anywhere within the region, although the following countries are preferred: Dubai, France, Germany, Spain, and the UK. A hybrid working arrangement will be in place where we have offices, and you will be able to work remotely up to three days per week. Otherwise, the role can be 100% remote for the right candidate.

Key accountabilities:

• Guarantees the delivery of People Operations services for the EMEA region by ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and company policies and processes.
• Guarantees customer service excellence in the region by acting as a representative to the business, including senior managers, line managers, employees, and other areas of HR, to resolve People related queries on local policies and procedures and employment law.
• Supports the implementation of People projects in the region by aligning the strategy with other HR and Business areas.
• Guarantees the efficient execution of People projects in the region by working closely with other areas of HR to advise on local regulations and practices and being an advocate for People Projects face to the business.

Skills:

• High-quality written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and build good working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, problem-solving, and judgment.
• Solid project management skills.
• A high level of English is required. Any other European language is an asset.
• Previous experience with payroll and benefits administration is an asset.

Experience:

• 5+ years of progressive Generalist Human Resources experience. Proven track record of at least solid HR expertise in 1-2 EMEA countries, preferably being France, Italy or UK.
• Experience managing Workday or other HRIS.
• Previous experience working with remote and distributed teams.
• Experience working for global companies with complex matrix structures.
• Is accustomed to working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Experience working on complex People-related projects (transfer of employees and implementing new People-associated policies and processes are some examples).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent senior qualification/combination of education and experience.
