Role Overview:
As a pivotal figure in our expansion, the Business Development Manager for Hospitality Lets Limited’s Holiday Homes is tasked with augmenting our property portfolio, effectively liaising with clients and guests to ensure optimal property rental.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Acquisition: Scout and harness new clients via networking, diligent market research, and proactive lead generation.
Contractual Excellence: Execute negotiations and finalize agreements that yield mutual benefits.
Pricing Strategy: Lead analytical evaluations to ascertain competitive property pricing, enhancing our market presence.
Operational Coordination: Align with the maintenance and cleaning teams ensuring properties remain pristine.
Data Management: Continually update property availability calendars and revise pricing metrics.
Reporting: Periodically dispatch performance analytics to affiliated landlords and agents.
Market Awareness: Maintain a pulse on industry shifts, trends, and competitor movements.
