We have a fantastic opportunity for a technically sound individual to join Honeywell’s Building Technology Team as a Senior Technical Support Professional based in Dubai, UAE.

Senior Technical Support Professional responsibilities:

• Act as One-HON leader for strategy and operations

• To provide critical Tech support to sales team and market stake holders.

• To be able to Design KNX Home Automation system, program through ETS Software, Testing and commissioning. Candidates with competency in Building Automation communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, DALI, etc..) is a plus

• Proven Tracked Knowledge in all Home Automation Systems available in the Market with Clear understanding on Strong and weak Points.

• Proven Tracked Record of Excellence in Systems Integration (Lighting, HVAC, Shutters, AVs, BMS, Security, Etc.. )

• Prepare replies to consultant’s comments

• Attend meetings with consultant/developer/contractor, as and when technical clarification is required on the materials’ submittals or the system designs

• Advice/Support the design of Client ELV systems in accordance with the International and Local codes and standards.

• Coordinate with the KNX manufacturer for technical documents/support

• Provide technical knowledge, provide advice and support on Honeywell KNX Product Portfolio ;

• Maintains proper documentation on all the projects handled, for future reference.

• Knowledge and Coordinating with CAD designers of System Integrators to prepare shop drawings/schematic diagrams as per the project and local jurisdiction requirements.

• Timely and effective delivery of requested/required documents to attain/maintain the customer satisfaction

• Ability to work under pressure and to meet Deadlines.

• Determine client /consultant requirements and coordinate value proposition design.

• Quality control/ Quality Assurance of Automation Systems delivered to Clients and ensure they are in line with client’s requirements, sales strategy and Honeywell business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline

• 10+ years experience in Home Automation Systems Design and Integration in UAE Market

• Home automation knowledge, Project Design and management,

• Full Knowledge of Home Automation UAE Market and Competition Offerings

• Home Automation Training Certificates,

• Technical Product training/Systems installation proven records

• NX Certified
