A Cleaning company is looking to hire an Operations Manager/ Business Partner who has a previous experience in the cleaning business or Facility Management domain. We require someone who can solely handle the full operation and grow the business. Salary/Benefits will depend on the experience and responsibilities. We need someone who is motivated in growing the business and he/she will benefit hugely from it.
She or He will perform the following activities but not limited to the below:
- Daily operation activity management
- Prepare a daily cleaning schedule
- Respond to the client’s daily inquiries ( bookings or complaints ) and respond in the right manner
- Managing the company team’s daily work order, and ensuring their performance as per the company standards
- Working on improving the company operation procedures, standards, and team performance improvement
- Provide the management with daily and monthly Sales & Performance reports
- Obtaining new clients and closing deal/s
- Creating promotion and service packages
- Ensuring the team are mentored and developed to meet the goals of the company
- Training employees on appropriate practices and customer service
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Supporting all functions of the business to work together
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related fields
- Extensive experience in managing Cleaning/Facility Management Business.
- Experience in management operation and leadership.
- Understanding the general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Strong and excellent, communication skills

- Great English and computer skills

- Decision making and ability to find solutions
- Solid understanding of financial management

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
