We are a Facilities Management and Real Estate, and we are looking for an experience General Accountant. (PLEASE APPLY HERE ONLY. NO WHATSAPPING/NO CALLING)

He/she will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounts.
• Corporate document maintenance.
• Projecting cost calculations.
• Processing employee expenses.
• Payroll processing.
• Preparing invoices and sending to clients
• Following up with payments
• Costing for projects.
• Receiving and storing invoices.
• Using digital systems to keep records and create payments.
• Preparing and posting journals
• VAT Filing
• Making Profit & Loss Report
• Administrative tasks given by Office Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Age between 25-35 yrs.
• Preferably with UAE experience and in the same field
• Atleast 2 year experience handling payables and receivables.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word etc)
• Must know how to use Quickbooks (minimum 1 year experience with the software)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
