Job Description
As a customer Support Executive, you should answers customers’ travel queries in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and attractions. You should be organised and service-oriented and provides information on queries relating to the destination of choice.
Confirm customer data is maintained within customer relationship management system.
Generate reports on customer feedback on vendors’ service standards.
Provide information to customers including visa requirements, and applicable discounts or corporate rates.
Respond to customers’ queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Assist in booking and ticketing with coordination and reservations department based on customers’ selection.
Support sale of products and services for current customers based on travel preferences.
