Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Check and update daily booking status of guest through online and follow up on guest regarding checkin & checkout status.
Hear and resolve complaints from customers.
File and maintain visitor in and out data records, keys and access card details.
Follow up on payment and record receipts for services.
Coordinate with concern department like Housekeeping & maintenance for guest room & service complaints.
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Daily reports on occupancy of room booking status.
Coordinate with concern for DTCM inspection and prepare audit files.
