HILTI Hiring for Billing & Customer Service Intern Job at Dubai Full Time

Working as part of our Finance & Customer Service teams, this placement is guaranteed for 6 months where you will work to ensure high levels of customer service for Hilti’s internal and external stakeholders.

As the Billing & Customer Service Intern with Hilti, you will work closely to support our Finance & Customer Service teams.

From the Finance and Billing side, you will ensure invoices are timely dispatched through emails to customers while also tracking and following up on dispatched invoices & reconciliation of pending delivery notes with Hilti Stores, Hilti Account Managers and our carrier providers. In addition, you will be responsible for archiving original signed Local Process Orders, Invoices and Delivery notes as well as handling customer complaints in relation to invoice disputes.

On the Customer Service side, you will support Hilti’s customer service channel through email, phone, chat, and provide general administrative and functional support to the Customer Service Team. In this role you will be responsible for handling certificate creation requests such as Supplier Evaluation, Vendor Registration, Civil Defense Supply Certificates. Furthermore, you will arrange tool pickup requests for repair and take responsibility for Customer Master Data by ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness whilst entering new accounts, customer addresses and contact details into system.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Competent IT knowledge in Excel & MS Office; prior SAP or ERP experience in advantageous
• Proficiency in English & Arabic – written and verbal
• Highly developed time management, organization & prioritization skills
• Ability to make independent decision based on the available information
• High learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset
• Valid Emirates residency, under family or school sponsorship for the duration of the internship
