Emirati Graduate Program As a UAE National Graduate, you’ll be provided with a learning program of blended modules we’ve designed to enhance your core and soft skills.

In addition to on-the-job training, field rides and mentoring, you will be also receiving soft skills trainings such as Communication Skills & Presentation Skills.

Hilti’s Emirati Graduate program will give you responsibility from day one.

You will be placed in one of Hilti’s key departments, most relevant to your university degree, and will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by colleagues and business leaders in your field.

You will receive a structured and detailed onboarding plan to ensure that you are trained and upskilled with the most critical skills for your department.

From there, you will receive on the job training and have the opportunity to rotate throughout different job functions within your department to find the role best suited for you.

Once your job function has been identified, you will be placed in this position where you will take on full responsibility for the role.

You will work as a key member of the team to ensure your success and the success of Hilti’s business.

What you need is:

UAE National Completed a relevant degree, usually in an Engineering or a Business-related subject Good English language communication skills both written and spoken.
