• Oversea the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish.

• Excellent / Creative Menu and Beverage List Development Abilities
• Creativity and innovation in food and beverage concepts and operations.
• Demonstrable achievements in improving guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• 3+ years of F&B leadership experience as an Assistant Manager in luxury hotels or restaurant.
• Restaurant or management experience or more education is generally preferred.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
