You will be part of the Hermès Parfum et Beauté MEIA team, based in Dubai, reporting to the Marketing Manager and collaborating with the entire team.

Opportunity open to students with a training agreement and to recently graduated students without training agreement.

1/ VISUAL MERCHANDISING ACTIVATION

• Development of the Visual Merchandising Plan for perfumes and make up in our spaces (Local Market, Travel Retail)

• Follow up and update of the regional visual database

• Design of Planograms for generic and personalized spaces in the region (LM, TR)

2/ TRADE MARKETING ACTIVATION (IN STORE AND DIGITAL)

• Activation of the marketing trade plan in the region (LM, TR)

• Follow up of the marketing trade plan per distributor

• Follow up and contact with our vendors in the region for visual production and shipment

• Feedback recap for the trade activations, with quantitative and qualitative results

3/ TRANSVERSAL MISSIONS

• Competition Analyses for perfumes and make up

• Assistance in the preparation of the 2 regional annual seminars and budget follow up

• Assistance in the Quarterly Reporting consolidation (merchandising, trade, media)

4/ ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Processing suppliers’ invoices and completing the follow up charts

• Helping with multiple office daily tasks (Telecom, IT, meetings organization…)

• Business, marketing or university degree

• Structured thinking, aesthetic sensitivity and an ever-alert curiosity. Strong ability to analyze numbers

• Strong interest in Fragrances, beauty and Hermès core values

• Ability to manage different projects, showing rigor, organization and autonomy

• Ability to work with various interlocutors by relying on your interpersonal skills and your adaptability

• Fluent in English (French is a plus) and advanced office automation skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Since it was founded in 1977, the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil (Eure) has been developing formulas and packaging, producing Hermès Fragrance and Beauty perfumes and associated scented products, and managing all the logistics and supply chain steps through to delivery at our clients’ premises by a logistics service provider (14,000 points of sale throughout the world). Approximately 240 employees currently work at the site.

The establishment in Paris employs approximately 180 employees (including regional managers and the sales teams of the personalised spaces): collection development, communication, international management and operational development, visual merchandising, merchandising, sales drive, international training, operations, e-commerce, finance, IT, HR, etc.

Currently, approximately 100 employees work abroad, in: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Miami, Toronto, Belgium, the Netherlands, Madrid and London.
