Job Description:

The Operations Delivery Lead is responsible for the workflow, optimization and delivery of Managed Security Services and related activities. This responsibility includes supporting the transition (onboarding and offboarding) of services to MSS, as well as documentation and knowledge transfer. This role is the primary escalation point for one or more Managed Security Services, facing into one or more specific clients. The scope of delivery includes, but is not limited to: Alert Handling, Cyber Attack Detection and Response, Break-Fix and Incident Management, Use-Case and Playbook Optimization, Vulnerability Management, and Indicator-oriented Threat Hunting.

Responsibilities:

• Handle roster, leave, shift and workflow management for MSS customers in alignment with Help AG MSS portfolio, including the optimization of people, process and systems
• Support Pre-sales, Sales and Business Development of new and existing services-accountability
• Work with internal peers and external stakeholders to achieve effective and sustainable delivery of Managed Security Services and associated service elements
• Support the Service Transition process; work with peers to effectively transition customers and infrastructure into operations
• Work proactively and collaboratively with peers (e.g. Managed Security Controls)
• Support rapid and effective detection, mitigation, containment and response to Cyber Security Incidents leveraging integrations with, and capabilities of, infrastructure platforms, tools, assets under managed and non-managed customer controls
• Handle the creation, optimization and documentation of processes, procedures and workflow; tracking and reporting of SLAs, KPIs and OLAs
• Initiate, support and manage incidents, problems, issues, risks and compliance activities; 24×7 on-call for critical or urgent activities as required

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related degree
• Skills in Security Controls Management, Incident Response, Security Operations, Managed Services, Threat Intelligence, Hunting and Vulnerability Management
• CISSP, CISM, CISA (or equivalent experience)
• ITIL accreditation (or relevant experience)
• Customer and team-focused attitude
• Expert skills in usage of Office 365, service management tools, and Visio
• Technical skills and understanding in Information Security Technologies (e.g. SIEM, NGFW, CTI, WAF), delivery of Managed Services, cybersecurity concepts and standards; demonstrated experience in effectively managing and mitigating security events, threats, attacks and vulnerabilities

• Knowledge of cyber threats, threat actors, TTPs and how to mitigate threats in different contexts (on-prem, cloud, distributed)
• Experience executing service management processes, related to security controls and cybersecurity services, in different contexts (on-prem, cloud, distributed)
