Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues.To assist and follow all the established policies and procedures and improve operational flow when identified.Managing & arranging all stocks. Logistics Support.Overseeing all fulfilment of all orders for the customers via online store and offline, as well as third-party bulk orders, such as distributors & stockists.Maintaining General Office files including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.Dealing with customer correspondence and supporting the customer service team when necessary Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, and maintaining the filing system.Mailing and shipping packages & orders, updating the contact database and employee list.Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, monitoring accounts & Product Registration Certificates, other related paperwork, and their expiry dates.Maintaining General Office files including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations together with an office administrator or when necessary.Support and oversee the accounting, prepare monthly payables, and save them into related folders for the accounting department.Sourcing manufacturers and new suppliers when required and managing the existing ones.Assist in booking consultations & manage the schedule for in-house health coaches.Logistic support.Webinar & Event Coordination Support when necessary.Establish good professional relationships with all our stockists & distributors. The ability to be friendly & supportive.🤓 Skills & characteristics:Very organised & able to keep all folders in organised and neat order.Detail-oriented, high attention to details.Ability to multitask.Ability to troubleshoot to resolve issues that arise in their work.Patient & friendly.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.🎓 Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:3+ years of experience as an operations admin.Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Experience working for an e-commerce brand/organisation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data management office.Salary: AED 5000 during probation.
