Responsibilities include:Chart the strategic direction for the Education and Well-being department, aligning with AES’s mission to revolutionise health, wealth, and wisdom education in Dubai and beyond. Innovate and oversee the creation of a holistic educational curriculum that encompasses financial, mental, physical, and emotional well-being, ensuring relevance and impact. Recruit, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of specialists passionate about transforming the educational landscape in well-being. Cultivate relationships with leading educational and wellness institutions, experts, and organisations to enrich our educational offerings and reach. Ensure the seamless execution of educational initiatives, from inception through evaluation, leveraging data to inform continuous improvement and expansion. Act as a primary liaison with internal teams, corporate clients, and the public, enhancing AES’s visibility as an educational pioneer in well-being. Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the department and across AES, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. Requirements:Proven experience in strategic educational initiatives, preferably in health, wealth, or personal well-being. Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams within the financial services industry. Deep knowledge in well-being education, complemented by relevant credentials. Creative and analytical mindset for designing comprehensive, engaging, and impactful educational content and programs. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Agility in responding to evolving educational needs, with a proactive approach to leveraging technology and trends.
