Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively showcase Boat’s products and services. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes. Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and ROI analysis. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets, preferably within the luxury goods or marine industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards common goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to business. Strategic thinker with analytical prowess and a data-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite. Flexibility to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
