Your new role
As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from clients and creating the test plan documentation. You will carry out the automated testing at every stage of the product. You will have a need to collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues,handling customer expectations and create action plans for the same.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years experience in a testing role (working on the deployment of apps)
- Test Plan Documentation skills
- Decent knowledge of XML.
- Experience working with MS SQL servers.
- Understanding of the construction industry is a plus.
- Ticketing system experience is preferable
