This is a conglomerate of 14 companies in seven different disciplines and a privately held company established in the 1950s in Dubai, UAE.
Your new role
You will be responsible to manage the end to end procurement for the Construction and Fit Out Projects while closely working with the stakeholders, implementing and developing new purchasing strategies and managing the negotiation processes with the suppliers/contractors.
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have a Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree with 12 to 15 years experience in a similar role with leading developers in the region. You must have a strong understanding of the FIDIC standards and a great command in Oracle/Yardi ERP platforms. You are a person with strong planning and negotiation skills.
