Junior Accountant with experience working for an International Food and Beverage Manufacturing company.

I’m currently assisting and International F&B manufacturing company with their search for a Junior Accountant to join their operations in Dubai.

Your new role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working in a well – established team.

This role holds responsibility for providing support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks and to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

Junior Accountant key responsibilities include posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded, assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company financial guidelines, assist with preparation of weekly/monthly reports and monthly/yearly closing.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelors’ in Accounting and Finance related subjects, any additional certificates or degrees are and asset (ACCA, CPA, CFA etc.).

Candidate must haves:

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in a Junior Accountant position within the F&B manufacturing or related industry.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Great attention to detail
