Your new companyA dynamic well-established law firm that provides legal services and business support in Dubai.Your new roleThey are looking for a talented and professional HR Officer to join their team and coordinate all HR procedures with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. Responsibilities:Developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, recruitment and handling all aspects of employee relations. Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.Assist with performance management procedures.Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.Perform orientations and update records of new staff.Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.Support other assigned functions.Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practicesWhat you’ll need to succeedUAE National with a Family Book as per government law.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a relevant field preferredA minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of labor laws of the UAE.Good understanding HR policies and proceduresOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.What you’ll get in returnA competitive salary Flexible working environment (hybrid and reduced working hours).Chance to develop and grow with the company.What you need to do nowIf you’re interested in this role, click ‘apply now’ to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
