Senior HR Manager in Dubai

- A digital financing platform in Dubai is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join the HR Department
Your new role
- Assist the Head of HR in managing the full spectrum of HR operations and activities including recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits, payroll, development in the Dubai office
- Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
- Assist with formulating and revising HR policies in line with corporate goals and objectives•Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Assist with the biannual performance management exercise
- Maintain accurate employee database in the HRIS, p-file and administer all employee movements including new joiners, transfers, promotions, resignation etc. •Ensure all audit requirements/compliance for HR are met and maintained at all times
- Organise employee welfare and activities and ESG initiatives •Performs other duties as required or assigned
What you’ll need to succeed
- Degree in HR, Business or related field
- At least 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience in an international company with global operations preferred
- Strong in talent acquisition and building the pipeline for talents within the Fintech Industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, complex and ambiguous environment
- Must be a hands-on individual
