CSR
You will be directly involved in the sales and customer service relationship for the business and will also be the first point of contact for the stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team and customer service team
- Coordinating order executions with the Logistics, Transportation partners, third party vendors
- Completing all data in SAP or other ERP systems
- Collaborate with the supply chain partners
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in a customer service and client facing roles with at least of 3 years in a supervising role
- Background in Supply Chain
- Arabic speaking preferred
