They have founded a development focus on technology for preventing drilling vibrations and stick-slip. The work was initially funded by the two largest offshore operators in Norway at the time. Based on the success of the resulting Anti Stick-slip Tool (AST), they have expanded their business to make the product available for hire from several major oil field hubs worldwide.
Your new company

Your new role
- Working with company accounts personnel in Xledger to prepare monthly accounts.
- Communicate with vendors relating to administration, suppliers and services.
- General office administrative tasks.
- Liaise with vendors on import/export requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders.
- Prepare and submit customer invoices.
- Monitor payments regularly with all clients and agents.
- Prepare monthly management reports as required.
- Reporting directly to the Country Manager and responsible for all administrative tasks.
- Supplier/Vendor payments
- Banking, payroll and reconciliation.
- WPS payments.
- Invoicing and monitoring.
- JAFZA-related tasks for all employees within the JAFZA portal.
- Visa applications and renewal.
- Insurance.
- Employee files and personal documents
What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum of 4 years experience in office administration and financial account management.
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications and fluent / strong communication in English.
- Preferable basic and or intermediate knowledge of accounting software, especially Xledger.
- Experience working in the oil and gas industry is preferable.
- Experience working within JAFZA is preferred.
