I’m currently assisting an International Mineral Trading company with their search for an Accounting Manager to join their operations in Dubai.
Your new role
Working closely with the Managing Partners to assist in establishing the Finance Function.
This role holds responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of Financial Statements, Financial Reports, Bookkeeping, and ERP Systems in accordance with the organisations’ policies and procedures.
Accounting Manager key responsibilities include managing daily operation of the accounting function, ensuring accurate recording and consolidation of transactions, implementing ERP systems, preparing Financial Statements and Reports in accordance with company accounting standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, candidates must be qualified finance professionals holding certificates in ACCA, ACA, CPA etc.
Candidate must haves:
- 10 years’ experience in an Accounting Manager position within the Commodity Trading or related industries.
- Experience with implementation of ERP systems is a must
- Excellent communication
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
