Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman to join Hayat Secret, a company specializing in diffuser machines and perfumes. As a Salesman, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets for our innovative fragrance products. You will represent Hayat Secret and promote our diffuser machines and perfume to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and prospect new clients in the retail and hospitality sectors through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
– Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our diffuser machines and perfume.
– Understand customer needs and recommend suitable diffuser machine models and perfume scents.
– Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability for both parties.
– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
– Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales manager.
– Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fragrance, retail, or hospitality industry.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
– Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
– A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
