We are a Hiring Office Manager who has following skills and experience:

(Part time – 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

Roles:

Civil Engineer / Receptionist duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator would be an advantage. A successful Office Manager should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports. (solid knowledge in Power Point Presentation).
• Understand the IT systems.
• Accounts Knowledge.
• To be able to produce Invoices.
• Answer all incoming calls and emails, directing them to the relevant departments
• Meets, greets and seats visitors
• Ensure the premises are kept to a high standard of organization and cleanliness.
• Manage CRM/Database updates
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office printing & supplies; sourcing and ordering
• Deal with courier agencies: arrange deliveries and pick up of shipments, requesting quotations & negotiating corporate rates.
• Organizes and maintains online and paper file system, files correspondence, and other records.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.

Office Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Five years of experience in office administration
• Accounting Knowledge
• Office management experience.
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
