Our team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to plan, co-ordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns in support of the Off Plan property investment division within the haus & haus group. The Marketing Lead works with Department Head and Senior Leadership team to understand business needs and customer requirements, then develops integrated campaigns to meet their objectives. They collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to recommend and manage brand and lead generation programs to achieve the Off Plan team business outcomes. Then work with the Creative Director and across the broader marketing team to project manage the implementation of campaigns together with the Off Plan Marketing Campaign Lead and Off Plan Marketing Specialists. They are ultimately responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, monitoring, assessment and reporting on performance related to Off Plan.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Devise an overall Marketing Strategy for the Off Plan business, in line with the overall haus & haus Marketing Plan with the intent of meeting monthly lead targets and driving business growth.
• Lead weekly meetings with Department Heads and Senior Brokers to provide updates on performance and recommendations for upcoming priorities.
• Oversee the effective project management of agreed integrated campaigns, from concept development to execution, using Monday.com, tracking and managing tasks across multiple stakeholders, to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide day to day direction and oversee the work of the Off Plan team to deliver against Campaign expectations.
• Work with the extended marketing team to integrate campaign related content production, brand and reputation programs, direct customer comms, social engagement and internal communications.
• Oversee the development of daily, weekly and monthly reports on performance of campaigns – ensuring campaigns are generating leads and strong ROI.

Skill requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent
• 5+ related experience in demand/lead generation sales and marketing or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing plans and deliver business results
• High level understanding of digital marketing tools, such as Meta Ads Management, Google Ads, and latest digital marketing practices.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Experience working in real estate or similar professional services industry preferred
