haus & haus are moving into an exciting new phase of expansion and are currently looking to hire an exceptional new Head of Commercial to lead the charge!

This is a highly Interactive role which requires strong leadership skills, self-direction, and the ability to build an excellent network within the UAE’s big landlord community. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to step up into a high profile leadership position.

Role requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong business acumen and a proven track record
• Experience dealing with large organisations as well as investors
• Proven track record in achieving targets
• An impressive portfolio of current clients
• Strong knowledge of Dubai: the demographic, areas, market price, licensing zoning etc.
• A full understanding of the selling/leasing process
• A full understanding of company activity and licensing including zoning – from initial company set up to finalisation
• Understanding of fit-out and related processes
• Good understanding of municipality/authorities/transfer/NOC processes

• Will be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and grow a team
• Can hit his/her own targets as well as the department’s
• Will have strong time management skills and be great at multi-tasking
• Be able to train and share knowledge with the team
• Can ensure all key projects/landlords receive a level of service that reflects the company’s policies
• Can strategise and ensure marketing delivers specific campaigns

An additional bonus would be an understanding of Retail/Hospitality leasing – TOR, NER, TC’s, tenant mix and allocation, brand/concept understanding, pricing strategy based on location/area, MEP & layout, B2B expertise, and the ability to do evaluations on specific projects including a feasibility study .
