We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative.Key responsibilities include:• Managing a portfolio of up to 50 properties (area specific)• Coordinate any issues faced by the tenants on a daily basis• Coordinate check ins and check outs for the guests on a 24 hour basis• Schedule all housekeeping requirements• Facilitate any maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team or 3rd party maintenance teams• Responsible to maintain a high level of occupancy all year round• Carrying out Inventory checks after guests leave the property• Answer incoming leads via email, phone and WhatsApp for listings• Responding to all enquiries on International platforms• Facilitate viewings with clients• Track, remind and collect any due rental payments• Responsible to return clients security deposits• Record all bookings and client’s information in our PMS systemRole requirements:• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role• Driving license and car is a must• Experience in Dubai is essential• Experience and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills• Proven experience improving customer satisfaction• Excellent communication skills, with a high proficiency in English• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
