Position: Administrator
As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate business. You will provide vital administrative support to various departments within the organization, including sales, property management, and marketing. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential in maintaining efficient office processes.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
– Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
– Prepare and distribute documentation, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
– Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
– Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
– Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
– Support the marketing team with various tasks, such as updating listings, creating promotional materials, and managing social media platforms.
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
– Assist in organizing property viewings and open houses, as required.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrator, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
– Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
– Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations is advantageous.
