Responsibilities and Duties
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking and relaying messages.
File and update contact information of employees.
Knowledge in CRM,Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut portals, is an added advantage.
Should have good knowledge in all MS Office suite applications.
Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
Good in client service calls & handling all clients inquiries.
Provide general administrative support and secretarial services as required.
Required Skills :
Strong administrative and organization skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and face to face.
Presentable.
Real Estate experience is an advantage
Fluent English (Preferred)
Hindi Advantage
