We are currently looking for a dedicated Client Relations Executive to join our team in Dubai. As a Client Relations Executive you will deliver a high quality and value-adding service to our clients. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to both internal and external clients and you will be liaising with internal departments to ensure an exceptional service is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Handling and processing of customer requests
• On-boarding and troubleshooting
• Follow up on deposits and withdrawals
• Supporting of sales team
• Ensuring all customer records are kept up to date
• Responding to enquiries
• Assisting in the triage and handling of complaints
• Performing root cause analysis on complaints received, in order to suggest and design improvements to the customer journey

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service/support, account management, client relations, etc.)
• Highly organised individual who manages time effectively
• Ability to operate effectively within a high volume, fast paced, target driven environment
• Willingness to learn new systems, services, products, and processes
• IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Exceptional telephone manners
• Technically proficient, analytical and solution oriented
• Self-motivated, result driven, empathetic, and a problem solver
• CRM experience
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or similar
