URGENT HIRING: PROJECT SITE LEADER (FIELD CREW CHIEF)

Major Task and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans as well as allocate general and daily responsibilities to each crew member

• Supervise crew and train new hires assigned to crew and guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

• Resolve problems when they arise and communicate with customers before/during/after project completion

• Report on progress to owner or planners

• Exhibit efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail completing projects on a timely and cost-effective basis

• Build trusting relationships by working cohesively with crew members and responding with a sense of urgency to management’s directives and/or inquiries.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Supervision/Field Crew Chief (renovation/maintenance industry)

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures

• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills

• The ability to communicate effectively, in the ENGLISH language is a must.

• Must have a strong work ethic and a high level of honesty

• Proficient in more than one area of construction procedures

• Physically able to do the job outdoor

• With a valid UAE Driving License, No. 3 is a MUST

Salary and Benefits:

Salary ranges from AED 2100 to 2750 per month (depending on experience)

Accommodation and Transportation will be provided by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,750.00 per month
