URGENT VACANCY: FIELD CREW CHIEF (CONSTRUCTION)

Major Task and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans as well as allocate general and daily responsibilities to each crew member

• Supervise crew and train new hires assigned to crew and guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

• Resolve problems when they arise and communicate with customers before/during/after project completion

• Report on progress to owner or planners

• Exhibit efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail in completing projects on a timely and cost-effective basis

• Build trusting relationships by working cohesively with crew members and responding with a sense of urgency to management’s directives and/or inquiries.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Crew Chief (renovation/maintenance industry)

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures

• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to communicate effectively, ENGLISH language is a must.

• Must have a strong work ethic and a high level of honesty

• Proficient in more than one area of construction procedures

• Physically able to do the job outdoor

• With a valid UAE Driving License, No. 3 is a MUST

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Package: Up to AED 2750 (depends on experience)

Accommodation & Transportation: will be provided

Working Days/Off: 6 days, 1 day off
