Responsibilities:
- Create technical drawings based on given specifications and requirements.
- Focus on ongoing drawings in collaboration with project managers and design consultants.
- Prepare and maintain project management documentation including, but not limited to, program of works, material submittal, snagging reports, inspection reports, handover reports, signoff certificate, etc.
- Prepare all Approvals related drawing including but not limited to, (Internal/external approvals, government approvals, entry permits, NOCs, consultant approvals).
- Conduct site inspection and site supervision if required.
- Coordinate tasks with other employees/departments.
- Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects
- Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible
- Assisting with planning decisions
- Creating both static visualisations and animations/CGI (computer-generated imagery)
- Working with industry-standard design tools and programmes
- Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances
- Producing high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations
- Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications
- Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations for presentation
- Making simple but effective presentations in-house as required
Candidate requirements and skills:
– Minimum 2 years proven working experience in UAE in construction, landscaping or similar.
– Full knowledge in design software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Sketchup, 3DS Max, Lumion , Enscape , Twin Motion , Rhino, Vray, Maya, Unreal Engines.
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Holding Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or architecture.
– Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written).
– Proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
