Job Purpose:
Primary responsibility of this role is to enhance the governance over commercial practices as well as support in the Key Accounts online and offline activation execution and measurement.
This must be achieved through the following:
Robust tracking of the investment spent in the trade through monitoring of actual investment and debit notes in line with the annual trade term plan
Optimizing our point of sale materials deployment, tracking and auditing the permanent as well as the periodic deployment to ensure that our investment of point of sale materials is well governed and serving the sales growth
Leading the trade expiries tracking through maintaining a robust process to optimize expiries and have right controls in place
Managing the interface between UAE sales team, Commercial Excellence (Comex) and Marketing teams to deliver annual ecom activity calendar and support with eCom content and ensuring right sales reporting is incorporated in the sales dashboard to ensure the right visibility
Optimizing the Key Accounts activation by calculating Return on Investment (ROI) per activity for top accounts to identify the right business drivers and improve future planning
Key Responsibilities:
Key Accounts Activations:
Follow up on eCom assets (media/content) by acting as a focal point between Key Account Managers and Comex & Brand Managers, tracking content and sharing gaps.
Managing E-com Exclusive SKUs (coordination with Comex and Supply Chain) to drive accelerated growth
Compiling Ecom Sales Data by Retailer/ Work with SFA to integrate into PowerBi
Calculating Return on Investment (ROI) by activity by Key Account to identify the right business driver in each store and recommending the best activation with optimized returns
Prepare market pulse by collecting market feedback from the customer facing teams (pricing, innovations, competitors’ activities etc)
Governance Responsibilities:
Keep all agreements between Key Accounts and Distributors up to date, including any changes that might happen during the year in the terms of the agreements (ensuring updated documentation of annual trade term plans, trade spending form throughout the year)
Having a 1st level of debit notes documentation and ensuring robust tracking
Tracking Approval emails and validating against Debit Note (DN) (includes Activities, Free of Cost (FOC), Expiries, etc..)
Ensure proper documentation is attached to the Debit Note (DN)
Tracking and auditing Point of Sales Materials execution (yearly and temporary activations), to ensure governance and sales growth
Maintain a Tracker for Expiries (Internal approvals), and come with proposal to optimize expiries
Maintain Undertaking Letters tracking and ensure validation against debit notes Undertaking Letters (UTLs) to retailers and Undertaking Letters (UTLs) to distributors)
Verifying and approving the distributors’ salesforce incentive in line with agreed KPIs
Ensuring Budget Approval Form (BAFs) raised on time and shared with respective distributors/Key Account Managers (KAMs)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills
