Job Purpose:
Primary responsibility of this role is to bring strategy to life by delivering on Agility and on-time Execution. This must be supported through the following:
Administration, tracking of the yearly Activation Calendar and ensure
End to end tracking of POSM Materials for New launches, periodic and ongoing activations and promotions
Post execution Evaluation (ROI)
Act as key link between Brand Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain to support timely delivery and execution of Promotions.
Management of Production of Co-packing Materials / Tracking and monitoring (End to End Promotion process).
Support in administration and monitor key KPIs through Orange Stores for the assigned channels/Brands (MSLs, Distribution, SOS etc) and identify areas of opportunity
Liaise with 3rd party agencies to develop artworks and produce promotional materials on time.
Support all central ComEx initiatives such as; Core assortment & Planogram guidelines; Orange Stores
Ensure a strong coordination between all functions to improve the processes and effectiveness of all projects.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to meet all SOP guidelines on Internal & External approval processes such as Promotion system /MOH / Municipality approvals.
Support in copy approval process administration, management monitoring
Full year Budget Management and PO/BAF Tracking.
Maintain a Tracker for all Approvals & Expiries (Internal approvals & Expiries through Promotion, MOH & Municipality)
Responsible to Ensure all the Materials executed in Markets are up to date (validity of approvals)
Ecommerce:
Support GNE D-Com lead in delivering online strategy and sales and support the delivery of our total business objective
Maintain healthy activation calendar, to drive significant acceleration of GSK e-Commerce.
Optimize digital capabilities to support other business areas, including but not limited to digital media, data analytics and automation
Provide customer and consumer insights to the commercial team to fortify business strategies and ensure achievement of business goals.
Link between Sales, Marketing and customer ultimately responsible foe ensuring that digital assets, images and campaigns are on time and that A+ content is used.
Tracing and monitoring of digital content used by customers
Support GNE D-Drive the embedding of a digital culture in our organization via education and mentoring, facilitating educational forums and best practice sharing.
Support the Delivery of on-line portfolio strategy customized to class of trade to optimize consumer offering and buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management
Deadline management, POSM development and deployment. Also responsible for managing TPO creation for any new suppliers.
Drive flawless executions by exhibiting strategic planning, tracking & post evaluation analysis (NPDs, Periodic activations)
Ensure effective execution of Promotion calendar together with Commercial and supply for driving in store excellence
Operational excellence
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Timely delivery of in store / online materials.
Budget management – ensure efficient utilization of funds and bring in savings through process simplification, efficient material utilization or through long term planning.
Maintain a Tracker for all Approvals (Internal approvals & Expiries through Promotion, MOH & Municipality)
Ensure compliance of all processes at all times (internal and external)
Innovation
Develop disruptive on & off shelf communication and tools
Help drive the simplification agenda
Analysis
Pre & Post Campaign Analysis on ROI
Analyze market data information (Orange, Nielsen, Kantar, IMS).
People management
Build relationship with key stakeholders.
Key contact person for 3rd party agencies (creative, production, brand activation).
Ensure compliance in all activities together with regulatory, legal & quality
